Job Description:Associate Creative Director - CreatorGolin Ketchum is looking for an ACD - Creator to join our team!
What You'll Do:- Develop creative on social-first campaigns for Walmart, Ferrero, and Grubhub from concept through production and amplification.
- Produce high-impact short-form content: film, photograph, design, and write for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You'll engage in the full production pipeline-from ideation to final output. A willingness to show up in content is a plus.
- Monitor cultural trends, viral moments, and algorithm shifts to keep our work fresh, relevant, and built for the platforms where our audiences play.
- Execute content calendars, batch-create assets, and meet publishing deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Have significant autonomy, face time with clients, and room to flex and grow your creative, presentation, leadership, and production skills.
What You Have:- 5-7 years of experience creating and selling social ideas for major brands.
- A strong portfolio showcasing video, photography, graphic design, or multi-format content work with clear cultural fluency.
- Proficiency with production and editing tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects), CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal. You can clearly articulate the vision for your work, why it's right for the brand, and how it resonates with consumers.
- Tapped in. You track memes, audio trends, platform shifts, and the cultural moment. You understand what makes something shareable and why.
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines like strategy, design, production, account teams, and synthesize feedback into stronger work.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
