Full Job Description
MRM Health is looking for a talented Associate Creative Director, Art to join our growing team. This person will work closely with the Creative team in producing a high-quality creative product for the agency's clients. Along with the account service representatives, the Associate Creative Director maintains contact with the client and presents the team's creative concepts to client representatives. On those accounts under their supervision, the Associate Creative Director provides leadership to art directors and copywriters, along with the Creative Director. They work closely with the other disciplines in delivering and exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare and fosters creative inspiration and fresh ideation for their team. Responsibilities: - Serve as the Art lead for a portfolio of business and inspire creative excellence - Partner with cross-functional team members to ensure proper staffing, adhere to internal processes, and deliver work on time and on budget - Demonstrate knowledge about the brand, disease state, clinical trials and data, and competitive products - Present creative work and ideas for large initiatives/programs to clients; engage in creative solution conversations with client - Create and present conceptual ideas and oversee campaign execution including attendance at photo/video shoots; engage in conversations with all partners and clients - Proactively seek out opportunities to grow the business and make recommendations - Lead new business pitch opportunities - Reviews scopes of work and provides recommendations staffing - Present at client meetings and engage in discussions, serving up solutions and ideas - Works collaboratively with all cross-functional team members throughout agency - Supervise multiple direct reports; oversee workload, creative output, provide regular feedback, execute performance reviews, and aid in career development - Manage the successful financial landscape for assigned brands, including reviewing, and providing input on scopes, hours, and staff - Identify staffing needs and potential new hire recruits - Support Creative Director in all requests Education and Experience: - 7-8 years of pharmaceutical design/art experience in a fast-paced agency setting - Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare brand experience is a must - Strong understanding of how strategy shapes brand messaging and creative - A compelling portfolio included with your application - Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills - A clear, effective, and persuasive presenter - Previous supervisory experience - Proficiency in Adobe CS required, other relevant design software programs a plus This job will be located in New York City. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.$150,000-$170,000 Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
