Join Amazon's Legal Department as an Associate Corporate Counsel supporting AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent - 2+ years of post bar admission legal experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with in-house work at a technology or internet company - Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
