- Representing West Coast University's brand professionally within the healthcare community to articulate the programs that we offer to students and graduates
- Planning, coordinating and promoting the logistics of recruiting events, including employer information sessions, employer campus visits, hiring events, virtual and onsite employer panels, and job interview schedules.
- Collaborating with the Director of Career Services to develop comprehensive employer outreach and marketing plan.
- Researching and evaluating trends and factors affecting prospective employment and recommend strategies to increase employment outcomes.
Your Experience Includes:- 3-5 years of Career Services or business development experience
- Proven track record of developing new employer partnerships.
- Must be able to travel 60% of the time
- Strong PowerPoint, Canva, graphic design skills, and familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Education:- Bachelor's degree required.
