About the role:

Reporting to the Campaign & Lifecycle Manager, this role will work with the US and global teams to create and execute email and SMS campaigns to reach and engage Dyson owners across the Americas. As an Associate Campaign Manager, you are primarily responsible for supporting the US market, working alongside Canada and Mexico teams to launch CRM campaigns spanning multiple channels, planning the content calendar, and targeting audience segments that effectively reach owners and prospects with the right message at the right time in the right channel. This includes leveraging global best practices and working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and agency partners on coordinating, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns.

Key Functions:
  • Manage the end-to-end production of CRM campaigns, including creative briefs, audience targets, QA processes, and post-mortem reports.
  • Strategically manage the CRM calendar alongside the CRM & Lifecycle Manager planning product launches and key events, adjusting tactics to meet business needs, and using insights from past performance to inform future campaigns.
  • Ownership of the SMS channel from managing weekly campaigns, optimizing automated journeys and lead generation forms, budget forecasting and monthly invoicing, and facilitating the relationship with our vendor.
  • Coordinate the work of internal teams from HTML developers, market category teams, site merchandising, sales, and data analysts to manage all phases of campaign pipelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute full-funnel approaches to new product launches and hero campaigns.
  • Measure, analyze, and share campaign performance, test results, and other learnings to inform decision-making across the team and cross-functionally.
  • Seek out and create new automated journeys across all categories to drive Owner engagement and drive incremental revenue.


About you:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required
  • 1-3 years of CRM marketing experience with both email & SMS channels, with push notification experience being a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Agile and adaptable to competing priorities, frequently changing plans, and can balance working independently along with working closely with other teams
  • Collaborative and can communicate clearly and effectively in writing and in person to influence and align team members
  • Proactive, creative, and curious team player who enjoys solving problems and sharing new ideas.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Experience working with CRM systems/ESPs, data environments, reporting dashboards, tools for campaign management, and marketing automation


Salary: $98,400-$123,000 annually + bonus opportunity
