Now Hiring: Associate Attorney - Restructuring in New York, NY!Apply now with 24/7 PT.• Responsibilities:- Work primarily with attorneys in New York office and restructuring attorneys in other offices- Primary practice is Insolvency & Restructuring- Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of restructuring experience representing debtors, ad hoc and statutory committees, secured creditors, asset purchasers in chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings, including cross border matters• Requirements:- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited institution required- Admission to New York Bar, active and in good standing- 2-4 years of restructuring experience Apply now with 24/7 PT!
