DYADlaw, P.C. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our immigration law team.
This opportunity is ideal for an early-career attorney with at least 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration law who is looking to strengthen their legal skills, gain additional experience in immigration proceedings, and grow professionally in a collaborative legal environment.
The Associate Attorney will work closely with experienced attorneys and legal support staff to assist clients with immigration matters, prepare legal documents, conduct research, and provide professional legal representation.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about immigration law, committed to helping individuals and families, and eager to continue developing their legal knowledge and advocacy skills.

Qualifications
• Experience with family-based immigration, U Visas, T Visas, VAWA, asylum, or other humanitarian immigration matters.
• Exposure to removal proceedings, immigration court hearings, or EOIR procedures.
• Experience preparing motions, legal briefs, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
• Spanish-language proficiency.
• Familiarity with immigration case-management software.
• Interest in developing litigation and immigration court representation skills.
