Full Job Description
A Commercial Litigation Attorney with 1+ years' experience is sought for Frier Levitt's Pine Brook, NJ, office. We may also consider a candidate who would work in our NYC office.
The Associate will be responsible for:
• Drafting motions in federal and state courts
• Drafting discovery requests and responses/objections to discovery requests
• Preparing for and taking depositions
Requirements:
• Admission in both NJ and NY preferred, but at least one of these bars is required
• 1+ years' experience in commercial litigation, health law experience preferred but not required
• Must have outstanding research and writing skills
• May be subject to a brief legal writing exam during final interview phase
