Full Job Description
Position Title: Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney position offers an opportunity to engage in a dynamic legal environment, focusing on civil litigation. This role requires collaboration with a team of experienced attorneys while managing a diverse caseload that includes employment, construction, real estate, and personal injury matters. Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 / Year DOE

Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively within teams of partners, senior associates, and support staff

Associate Attorney Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of civil litigation experience
  • Experience in employment, construction, real estate, and personal injury law
  • Defense experience is preferred
  • Ability to conduct mediation and depositions
  • Must be barred in California and in good standing
  • Strong writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to be mentored and then become a mentor
  • Flexibility to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Defense experience is preferred
