Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development of creative concepts for assigned Private Brands initiatives, translating brand positioning and product messaging into visual storytelling that enhances the customer experience and supports purchase decisions across channels.
  • Partner with Photo Art Directors and cross-functional creative leaders to translate marketing strategy into actionable photography, CGI, video, and content approaches for assigned workstreams.
  • Apply and maintain established photography style guides and creative standards; identify opportunities to strengthen their application across assigned brands and elevate recommendations to the Photo Art Director.
  • Lead planning, styling, and art direction for assigned photography, CGI, and video productions from concept through final asset delivery.
  • Direct internal studios, external production partners, photographers, stylists, and freelance contributors to execute the approved creative approach, providing clear briefs, feedback, and project-level guidance.
  • Own creative-quality review for assigned assets, evaluating composition, lighting, styling, color accuracy, product representation, and brand consistency; resolve issues or escalate material risks as appropriate.
  • Lead image selection, retouching reviews, and final asset approvals for assigned projects, ensuring assets meet established standards and delivery requirements.
  • Ensure photography supports packaging design requirements and omnichannel needs across digital commerce, marketing collateral, and in-store applications.
  • Serve as a key creative partner to Packaging Design, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development, Packaging Engineering, Content Studio, and production teams, aligning stakeholders around creative direction, priorities, and trade-offs.
  • Partner with producers to develop project plans, establish priorities and timelines, monitor progress, and address resourcing or production risks for assigned work.
  • Ensure consistent execution of established photography standards across assigned touchpoints and channels.
  • Identify and implement improvements to photography workflows and creative processes within assigned workstreams, sharing recommendations that improve quality, efficiency, and consistency.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Advertising, Marketing, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 7 years of general work experience in the graphic design, photography, advertising, marketing or visual communications field
  • 3-5 years experience as an art director, graphic designer or similar role for a
    large retail environment, consumer packaged goods company or advertising agency
    that services Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in design, art direction, and conceptual ideation
  • Experience with photography/video execution
  • Experience using a MAC platform
