DescriptionAs an
Associate Account Director, you will be a key client relationship manager focusing on the development of client program strategy, research, and creation and implementation of acquisition campaigns to drive new donor growth for our nonprofit clients.
This role is based in
Lanham, MD with a
hybrid schedule.
Remote candidates will also be considered.Your Impact:- Serve as the key contact responsible for building strong relationships and trust with clients.
- Develop detailed integrated media plans with forecasted KPI's based on budgeted volume, responder, and revenue goals.
- Produce and monitor client performance reports, identifying trends and recommending program optimization opportunities.
- Interpret both qualitative and quantitative research to solve client challenges.
- Investigate new media test opportunities and strategies.
- Drive price negotiations with key media partners.
- Oversee and approve final campaign volumes, package assignments, and model applications to lead data processing partners.
- Plan and participate in client meetings.
- Develop quarterly and annual performance review presentations to clients.
- Lead discussions with cooperative database partners to review performance and data needs for future model development.
- Help develop client budgets and monitor performance to budget.
- Understand broader products and services within Moore.
- Contribute to thought leadership, white papers, blog posts, and presentations.
- Collaborate with account directors to develop media, timing, creative, and other strategic opportunities.
Your Profile:- 5+ years of agency or client direct marketing fundraising experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced knowledge of direct marketing performance metrics required.
- Strong understanding of predictive modeling and analytics required.
- Understanding of merge instructions, strategy, and data processing.
- Ability to manage day-to-day program execution for multiple clients.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Office software.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective presentation skills.
