About the Position: In this role, you'll help create a warm, person-centered Assisted Living community where residents receive exceptional, individualized care. You'll lead and support our care team-handling scheduling, training, and daily coordination-to make sure every resident gets what they need, when they need it. You'll keep operations running smoothly by managing staffing, budgets, and documentation, and by jumping in to solve problems as they come up. You'll also connect with residents and families, handle concerns, and make sure our care standards stay high. You'll complete Level of Care assessments, support quality and safety efforts, and help hire and train new team members. Overall, you'll be a key leader in creating a positive, reliable, and caring environment for residents and staff alike.
Wages: $105,000 - $115,000 / annually DOE
About You:- Minimum of 2 years' professional nursing experience in Assisted Living or a long term care setting.
- Prior supervisory experience in similar setting.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from accredited program, college, or university if required by the state in which you work
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and medical records and clinical software programs.
