Full Job Description
Principal Purpose of Position:

Serves as the #2 manufacturing leader and strategic partner to VP Manufacturing. Responsible for driving integrated performance across multiple business units and ensuring alignment across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and financial outcomes within a large-scale industrial environment.

Organizational Scope
  • Second-in-command for manufacturing operations
  • Direct oversight of three General Managers
  • Leadership across 1,000+ employee manufacturing organization
  • Cross-functional integration with finance, HR, engineering, and operations


Key Responsibilities
