Summary This role assists the Superintendent in the special projects group coordinating subcontractors or supervises laborers and trade workers at the construction site. Monitors work performance, progress and productivity of subcontractors and laborers/craft workers. Assists in monitoring costs as specified in contract documents. Directly oversee the performance of workers completing all phases of construction to meet company standards and owner expectations.

Minimum Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Five years of previous field Interior or commercial construction experience.
- Theme Park, healthcare, TI , Public works, design build or school campus style projects experience preferred
- 1 year of direct supervisory experience.
- Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).
- Ability to read plans and specs.
The compensation for the Assistant Superintendent position is 100,000 - 120,000.
