Assistant Service Manager to join the Holman family
What will you do?- Offers and ensures that the shop offers the highest level of customer service
- Assists the service manager in managing all aspects of service department operations: staffing, provision of vehicle services, warranty administration, client retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records
- Serves as a liaison between the Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Parts Personnel, Technicians and Warranty Administration
- Through communication, oversight and direction works to ensure employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and return on investment
- Promotes the recruitment and development of some or all: Service Advisors, Service Porters, Service Assistants, Valet Drivers, Loaner Coordinators
- Liaison with the manufacturer; works with factory representative to achieve factory objectives
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Pay:We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
