DescriptionThe School of Business at the University of Washington Bothell invites applications for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position in Management and Organization, effective September 16, 2027. We seek applicants who demonstrate commitment to excellence in research, teaching, and service in a diverse and inclusive academic community. This is a full-time (100% FTE) position with a 9-month academic year, 3-year renewable appointment.
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain an active research program and Scholarly Academic status as defined by AACSB; publish in leading academic journals; teach a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses in management, leadership, strategy, entrepreneurship, human resources, and/or organization, based on their discipline, and provide service to the School, the University, and the community.

SalaryThe base salary range for this position will be $15,000-$17,222 per month ($135,000 to $155,000 annually), commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination.
QualificationsAn earned doctorate (or foreign equivalent) in Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, Strategic Management, Industrial and Organizational (IO) Psychology, or a related field, by the time the position starts, is required.
