Comments and Other Information Longevity stipends as follows:
$2,555 for 15 years
$5,108 for 18 years
$7,662 for 20 years
$10,216 for 22 years
$13,499 for 24 years
Master's stipend:
$2,500
Doctorate stipend:
$1,500

Phase 1 - Application: External candidates apply to the Assistant Principal/Vice Principal Interest Pool via Edjoin.
Requirements:
1. Valid California Administrative Services Credential, Certificate of Eligibility, or Intern Eligibility through University
2. Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience or other credentialed position.
3. Proven success within your credential area and/or additional activities supporting your district.
Phase 2 - Highly Qualified Eligibility List: Highly qualified candidates will be notified as open positions become available.
Those interested will be included in the next phase of the interview process, which will include:
1. A panel interview
2. A 90-day action plan for the site you are applying for
