Full Job Description
We are hiring for an Assistant Pharmacy Manager at our Script Care Central Fill Pharmacy location in Burnaby, BC. This role will act as second-in-command to the Pharmacy Manager, overseeing operations and leading the team in their absence.

What you’ll do: 

  • Oversee day-to-day production operations, including receiving, preparing, dispensing and storage of pharmaceuticals.
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager with oversight of automation equipment and technology platforms, resolving issues, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for workflow enhancement.
  • Manage inventory, regulatory compliance and documentation, while ensuring adherence with best practices.
  • Support scheduling, training, and development of team members.
  • Identify business opportunities and implementing growth strategies.
  • Serve as second-in-command and take on manager duties when needed to keep operations flowing.

What you bring: 

  • Your pharmacist licence and are in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia or with the equivalent regulatory body of another province.
  • Your Injection Certification.
  • Strong leadership, managerial experience and communication skills. 
  • Previous experience in a Central Fill Facility is an asset.

Compensation Details:

$51.00 - $54.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
