Are you a perioperative nurse leader ready to take the next step in your career? PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in beautiful Vancouver, Washington is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for Perioperative Services to help lead our Pre/Post team and support exceptional patient care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN who is passionate about servant leadership, caregiver development, and delivering outstanding surgical patient experiences. In partnership with the Nurse Manager, you'll help guide daily operations, support quality and safety initiatives, mentor caregivers, and foster a culture built on compassion, respect, and clinical excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $134,264 - $201,406 annually

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • BSN or current enrollment in BSN program
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington (or ability to obtain)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) & ACLS certification upon hire
  • Minimum three years of applicable nursing experience
  • Charge nurse experience gained within the last two years
