About the role The National Accounts Assistant Manager will work with the Specialty business including Sephora US, Sephora CA and Sephora at Kohl's. They will support the commercial team and be a liaison between cross functional teams internally as well as externally with the retailer's buying/planning teams. They are responsible for assisting the AVP and Trade Marketing Director on the team, and assist with reporting, SKU management, assortment file updates, communications within the Charlotte Tilbury organization regarding the accounts, and be in close contact with the retailers with updates on new product information, product changes, shipping updates, and VM/event planning coordination. This role requires the assistant manager to build strong partnerships with everyone they work with, both internally and externally. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment as our business continues to grow. Strong follow up and time management skills are needed
As a Assistant Manager, National Accounts (Sephora) you will - Assist with Tuesday Trade Call reporting and deck completion every Monday. Lead Sephora presentation on call as needed in AVP absence.
- Analyze sales reports weekly to uncover storytelling and react to business trends. Partner with planning on stock issues.
- Work with planning team and AVP to phase retail sales for new launches by week to adhere to global finance deadlines.
- Maintain RPA and Digital Exposure files with all relevant Information, while visiting Sephora.com daily for any updates to competitive promo.
- Ensure retailer activation calendar is fully up to date and any modifications are communicated to the Account Lead, Field Team and Marketing.
- Work closely with AVP to specialize in the Sephora CA business including developing relationships with the Sephora Merchant team, partnering with AVP on localized strategies and recommendations, and quarterly forecasting.
- Partner with Account lead on all retail activities- working closely with marketing teams to assist with execution of online and in store programs.
- Partner with Customer Supply Chain team to ensure all retailers have up to date shipping information, assist with notification of any product changes
- Complete assortment files for all in-store gondola updates and ensure sku numbers are fully accurate. Gatekeeper of assortment file and point person with external Sephora team on all communication regarding gondola updates.
- Responsible for partnering with Trade Marketing Director on completion of all VM briefs for assortment changes and secondary exposures in-store adhering to VM team's deadlines.
- Communicate with Demand Planning team on any assortment changes to com, gondola or in-store product placement to ensure proper stock coverage.
- Own Quarterly Field Facing One Pager, recapping all upcoming activations across Sephora US/CA. Point person for any Field questions in AVP absence.
- Partner with Marketing and Events Team on all sampling, AOV offers, and retailer led event planning to ensure seamless execution (SMC, Sephoria, other Event moments).
- Assist with all presentation decks for Sephora BI sale, annual planning, market and all other Sephora and internal facing meetings.
- Assist with all markdown Business Cases as the lead on the team. Work closely with Finance to create templates and fill out sales data and lift projections.
- AD HOC support for all internal and external teams.

About you - 2 years minimum experience in a national accounts/e-commerce/buying/planning role.
- Strong retail math comprehension: understanding of key retail metrics, including sell thru, open to buy, weeks of supply, and margin.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create sales performance reports.
- Proficient in Excel and PPT.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proactive follow-up skills. Strong work ethic accompanied by a desire to grow with the company. Team Player and can do attitude
