As a critical driver of Team performance and Client experience, you will coach and manage a diverse team of salespeople, championing collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. You will work closely with the BoutiqueLeadership Team1mparting knowledge, encouraging curiosity, and supporting ongoing improvement in Boutique efficiency. The Assistant Manager fully owns and drives the performance of Sales Assistants, empowering them to deliver elevated client service and meaningful connection.

Compensation:

  • Theanticipatedbase salary range for this position is $105,000 through $110,000. Base salary is onecomponentof the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/orperks.
