In this role, you will partner with the HR Manager to lead the HR function across the facility, supporting organizational growth, development, and change while fostering a culture rooted in teamwork, inclusivity, and mutual respect. You will also help ensure compliance with all HR policies and legal requirements.
Pay Rate $40-$45/hour

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives alongside the HR team
Conduct and analyze exit interviews to support retention strategies
Generate HR reports and perform data analysis as needed

Support safety initiatives and ensure HR compliance with laws and regulations
Represent the company in investigations, hearings, or audits when necessary
Maintain labor law postings and associate communication boards
Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
