ROLE SUMMARY:Opening this Fall, Lady Delilah is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help foster a positive, efficient work environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about fine dining, highly organized, and thrives in a hands-on role where they can wear multiple hats.
RESPONSIBILTIES:- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to customer concerns efficiently and in a professional manner.
- Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible.
- Support restaurant standard practices such as P&L analysis and monthly inventory.
- Manage staff schedules based on forecast and performance measures.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Ensure compliance of service and hospitality standards.
- Provide support to General Manager.
- Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
- Must have a Manager-level Food Handlers Card
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments.
- Strong knowledge of front and back house operations.
- Great decision making and organizational skills.

- Attentive to detail.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
