Full Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY:

Opening this Fall, Lady Delilah is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help foster a positive, efficient work environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about fine dining, highly organized, and thrives in a hands-on role where they can wear multiple hats.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Respond to customer concerns efficiently and in a professional manner.
  • Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible.
  • Support restaurant standard practices such as P&L analysis and monthly inventory.
  • Manage staff schedules based on forecast and performance measures.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company.
  • Ensure compliance of service and hospitality standards.
  • Provide support to General Manager.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
  • Must have a Manager-level Food Handlers Card
  • Must be 21+ years of age.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments.
  • Strong knowledge of front and back house operations.
  • Great decision making and organizational skills.
  • Upbeat and energetic attitude.
  • Responsible and trustworthy.
  • Attentive to detail.
