Assistant Director Product Owner - Care ManagementHybrid role (3 days/week in office) at our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, Lewiston, Little Rock and Springdale offices. As a member of the Care Management team, our AD Product Management leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Care Management capabilities that support a more connected, person-focused member experience and enable clinical teams to coordinate care effectively. This role leads Product Owners and partners across Clinical Operations, Technology, Analytics, Provider, and vendor teams to improve care-management workflows, data and platform capabilities, and measurable clinical and operational outcomes.

What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, clinical discipline, finance, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of care management, case management, population health, clinical operations, or related health plan workflows
- Proven ability to translate clinical and operational needs into product strategy, roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes
- Experience leading cross-functional work across Clinical Operations, Technology, Analytics, Provider, Customer Service, and vendor partners
- Strong understanding of member-centered workflows, clinical data, interoperability, care coordination, and health plan technology capabilities
- Strong business acumen with the ability to use clinical, operational, quality, member, and financial measures to guide prioritization and investment decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior leadership, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams
- Skilled at navigating complex issues, dependencies, and trade-offs while creating clarity and driving decisions
- Demonstrated success managing strategic relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance clinical workflows, productivity, quality, or decision-making highly desired
What You Will Do at Cambia:
- Own the Care Management product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to clinical outcomes, member experience, operational performance, regulatory requirements, and enterprise goals
- Lead and develop Product Owners and team members, creating clear accountability for outcomes, priorities, and delivery
- Partner with clinical and technology leaders to translate care-management needs into prioritized capabilities, requirements, and executable work
- Oversee operational, workflow, data, integration, vendor, and systems changes required to support evolving Care Management capabilities
- Advance connected clinical workflows and data capabilities that improve care coordination, visibility, and the experience of members and clinical teams
- Use clinical, quality, member, operational, and financial measures to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and guide continuous improvement
- Drive end-to-end readiness for new capabilities, including testing, implementation, change readiness, issue resolution, and post-production stabilization
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and ensure vendor capabilities, integrations, performance, and roadmaps align with clinical and business needs

Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.
National pay structure - applies to the Boise and Lewiston, ID; Salt Lake City, UT, Oregon and Washington. The full salary range is $141,000 - $231,000 and the bonus target is 20%. The expected salary range is $150,500 - $203,600.
Regional pay structure - applies to North Dakota and Idaho and Utah locations outside the metro areas listed above: The full salary range is $127,000 - $208,000 and the bonus target is 20%. The expected salary range is $135,400 - $183,200.
