The ADON supervises, analyzes, delegates, and evaluates nursing activities and ensures patient comfort and care. Responsible for helping to hire, train, teach and monitor nurses. Assisting the management of clinical operations and developing care plans., ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local standards.
