Assistant Director of Nursing (RN)

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center

Salary: $110,000-$115,000 per year

Working closely with the Director of Nursing, the ADON helps oversee daily clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and promote high-quality resident care. This is an opportunity for an experienced RN who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing department operations.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff.
  • Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
  • Assist with quality improvement, clinical audits, and survey preparedness.
  • Support staffing, clinical oversight, and resident care initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Active RN license required. Massachusetts licensure required prior to start date.
  • Skilled nursing and/or long-term care experience required.
  • Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
