Assistant Director of Nursing, Long Term Care

• Represent the Nursing Department on the LTC Safety Committee and coordinate employee safety initiatives
• Coordinate and oversee the LTC attendance procedure process
• Provide daily supervisory oversight of nursing staff and clinical operations
• Assume Nurse Manager responsibilities in the absence of another Nurse Manager
• Participate in the recruitment and interview process for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) candidates
Requirements• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required• Current Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license• Four (4) years of managerial experience and two (2) years of
nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities in a Long-Term Care settingPreferred:• Prior experience at the
Assistant Director of Nursing level
