Assistant Director of Nursing ADON Responsibilities:- Assist in managing and supervising the nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care
- Support compliance with all regulatory guidelines and facility policies
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for nursing staff
- Address resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion
Assistant Director of Nursing ADON Qualifications:- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory nursing role preferred
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
