Job Description SummaryUnder the direction and supervision of the County Attorney, the Assistant County Attorney provides legal representation for Weld County in civil and regulatory matters. Primary responsibilities include managing several established court dockets—specifically mental health proceedings, zoning and land use violation matters, and dog at large cases—as well as assisting with Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) responses and document review.
