Full Job Description
GENERAL OBJECTIVES
Functions as Owners' Representative in all construction projects.
Assists the Construction department in implementing and accomplishing departmental goals, processes, and objectives.
Supports project management responsibilities for VVH construction projects and manages projects as assigned by the Project Manager.
Supports the relationships at all levels of construction to minimize impact on the hospital's function of providing services 24/7/365.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Coordinates construction activities across multiple divisions.
Exhibits professional behavior, respect, and etiquette when collaborating with hospital and/or community leadership as appropriate.
Participates in the exchange of ideas, information, and opinions to arrive at decisions and solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
College degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience:
At least 2 years' experience in related project management or support preferred
Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
Skills:

SALARY RANGE
$76,460.80 to $112,444.80/annually
Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
