• Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset—curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.
• Bring at least five years of experience in technology and/or operations products, projects or programs, preferably involving automation and/or transport and logistics, with hands-on exposure to real-time industrial or operating environments.
• Demonstrate extensive SCADA experience, particularly with Ignition, together with strong SQL knowledge including SQL Bridge, queries and triggers. Ignition Core Certification is preferred or expected within six months of onboarding.
• Apply practical experience with COTS IoT platforms such as Node-RED or ChirpStack, and industrial or IoT protocols including MQTT, OPC UA and LoRaWAN.
• Use Python for advanced scripting within Ignition, supported by general PLC knowledge, basic Linux and networking skills, and knowledge of cybersecurity practices in industrial and IoT environments. Java scripting and custom development experience are a plus.
• Hold an engineering degree or similar, communicate effectively in English, and bring strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder and requirements management skills in multicultural and international team environments.
