• Direct multi-shift production activities across multiple assembly product lines, ensuring throughput, schedule adherence, and on-time delivery commitments are consistently achieved.
• Drive quality excellence by maintaining rigorous assembly, testing, and documentation standards while ensuring compliance with AS9100 and customer-specific requirements.
• Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate defects and prevent quality escapes.
• Manage, develop, and mentor a workforce of approximately 90 employees, including supervisors and team leads, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Commercial, Planning, and Product Development teams to support customer requirements, new product introductions, and operational improvements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, optimize labor utilization, and increase manufacturing efficiency using Lean principles and data-driven decision making.
• Support capacity expansion and growth initiatives through effective workforce planning, onboarding, training, and certification programs.
• Oversee assembly tooling, test equipment, and production assets through leadership of the Equipment Reliability function, ensuring reliability and uptime targets are met.
• Participate in capital planning efforts by identifying production bottlenecks, developing business cases, and supporting the execution of approved improvement projects.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including labor efficiency, scrap, utilization, cycle time, schedule adherence, quality performance, and cost management.

• Minimum 7 years of progressive manufacturing, production, or assembly leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading large, multi-shift teams in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
