About the job ASPICE / Systems Lead
Key Responsibilities
Lead ASPICE Level 2 process deployment and readiness for an automotive embedded / model-based software team
Define and maintain requirements engineering, review, traceability and test-linkage procedures
Define system boundary, functions, modes and interfaces; review and baseline system and software requirements
Oversee requirement-based verification (unit, integration, qualification) and close evidence gaps, including assessing test-bench / HIL capability
Run work-product and process audits, internal readiness assessments and a progress / coverage dashboard
Improve project management, supplier management, problem resolution and quality assurance practices
Required Experience
8+ years in automotive systems / software engineering, including experience in leading ASPICE Level 2 implementation
Hands-on with ASPICE 3.1 / 4.0. Core: MAN.3, ACQ.4, SUP.1, SUP.9, SUP.10. Working knowledge: SYS.2-SYS.5, SWE.1-SWE.6, SUP.8
Defining and deploying requirements management, review, traceability and test-linkage procedures
Running audits and internal readiness assessments; building dashboards for management reporting
ALM / requirements tools: Polarion strongly preferred (DOORS or Jama acceptable); version control and change management
Coordinating onshore / offshore teams across a large time difference (offshore team in Asia, 11-12 h), including a brief daily overlap call early in the Detroit morning; reporting to program leadership
