Technical Lead with
hands-on experience in SYNON and AS400 development to join our healthcare technology team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in
RxClaim Adjudication,
Medicare & Medicaid Claims Processing, and
Claim Pricing. This role involves leading development initiatives, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams, and delivering high-quality solutions for pharmacy benefits and claims adjudication systems.
The candidate should have strong technical leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive development projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of applications using SYNON (CA 2E) and AS400 (IBM iSeries) technologies.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and support solutions related to RxClaim adjudication processes, pharmacy benefits management, and claims pricing.
- Analyze and resolve complex production issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
- Mentor and guide development team members by providing technical leadership and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively within an offshore-onshore delivery model.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality processes.
- Support system testing, implementation, and post-production activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in SYNON (CA 2E) development. (Mandatory) (Overall 12 years required)
- Strong experience working on AS400 / IBM iSeries applications. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of RxClaim Adjudication experience. (Mandatory) (Overall 12 years required)
- Strong understanding of:
- Medicare Claims Processing
- Medicaid Claims Processing
- Claims Adjudication
- Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM)
- Claims Pricing and Repricing
- Experience in application maintenance, enhancements, and production support.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in Healthcare or PBM domain.
- Exposure to system integrations and data migration projects.
- Experience leading distributed teams and coordinating with onshore stakeholders.
