Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ClearPass Policy Manager for policy management
• Proficient troubleshooting skills for certificate authentication
• Experience in designing Aruba traffic flow configurations
• Familiarity with IP and wireless network design and deployment
• Ability to provide on-site technical support and manage customer relationships
• Willingness to participate in training to enhance technical expertise

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative mobility solutions to meet customer needs
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot policies using ClearPass Policy Manager
• Conduct troubleshooting for user and computer-based certificate authentication
• Design Aruba traffic flow effectively to optimize network performance
• Build test beds and participate in verification and validation testing
• Support customers by assessing their technical needs and providing resolutions
• Engage regularly with customers on-site to offer personalized support
