Job Summary:We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Casa Grande, Arizona! At GreenLight ABA, we're committed to providing high-quality, personalized ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and other professionals.
Responsibilities:- Conduct ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and conduct training and coaching
- Collaborate with client's treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes
- Facilitate parent training and support families to access community resources
- Conduct supervision in client's home and through telehealth
Requirements:- Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
- Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
- Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
- Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain proper current insurance
- Bilingual is a plus
