Area Sales Director, Eastern Canada (Bilingual French/English)

Location: Eastern Canada
Travel: Frequent travel throughout the assigned region

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Execute strategic sales plans that drive market penetration, brand adoption, and business performance.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, strategic accounts, and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify market trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities to support regional growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and key business metrics, providing coaching and guidance to maximize results.
  • Leverage CRM tools, data, and analytics to support effective sales execution and decision-making.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Finance, and other teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting requirements, and operational standards.
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to senior leadership.
  • Travel frequently throughout the assigned region to support customers and team members.
