What You'll Lead- Regional Performance: Own revenue, profitability, cash flow, forecasting, and operating results.
- Operations & Execution: Optimize field operations, resources, equipment, and service delivery across multiple locations.
- People Leadership: Develop strong teams, elevate performance, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Customer Relationships: Strengthen key accounts and improve customer satisfaction, quality, and service reliability.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA requirements, applicable NFPA standards, and industry regulations.
- Business Growth: Identify operational improvements, optimize regional resources, and support the integration of acquisitions.
What You'll Bring- 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection, life safety systems, and inspection, testing, and repair services.
- Experience managing regional or multi-location operations with P&L accountability.
- Solid understanding of financial performance, operational efficiency, and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of NFPA standards and OSHA regulations.
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- NICET certification is strongly preferred.
