We are seeking an experienced and motivated healthcare professional to help expand our Aegis Healthcare Home Health and Hospice presence in the Payson area.

What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse who brings:
- 3-5 years of hospice experience
- 1-3 years of Home Health administrative or operational leadership experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience building referral relationships within the community
- Existing professional contacts in the Payson healthcare market preferred
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to grow services strategically
- Passion for patient-centered care and supporting families during critical times
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and growth of Home Health and Hospice services in the Payson area
- Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, facilities, hospitals, case managers, and community partners
- Support clinical excellence and operational growth initiatives
- Assist in recruiting, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff
- Help grow and eventually lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including nurses, therapists, support staff, and transport/DME technicians
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for market expansion
- Represent the organization professionally within the community
- Promote compassionate, high-quality patient care aligned with our mission and values
