Registered Nurse Leader for Hospice & Home Health Growth Opportunity

Payson, Arizona Aegis Healthcare Home Health & Hospice Team

Are you a relationship-driven healthcare leader with a passion for hospice care, community outreach, and growing meaningful healthcare services in underserved areas? We are seeking an experienced and motivated healthcare professional to help expand our Aegis Healthcare Home Health and Hospice presence in the Payson area.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on building relationships, developing referral networks, leading teams, and making a lasting impact in the community.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse who brings:
  • 3-5 years of hospice experience
  • 1-3 years of Home Health administrative or operational leadership experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience building referral relationships within the community
  • Existing professional contacts in the Payson healthcare market preferred
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to grow services strategically
  • Passion for patient-centered care and supporting families during critical times

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and growth of Home Health and Hospice services in the Payson area
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, facilities, hospitals, case managers, and community partners
  • Support clinical excellence and operational growth initiatives
  • Assist in recruiting, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff
  • Help grow and eventually lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including nurses, therapists, support staff, and transport/DME technicians
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for market expansion
  • Represent the organization professionally within the community
  • Promote compassionate, high-quality patient care aligned with our mission and values
