Requirements
YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE:- Providing overall project management and project team coordination.
- Developing business and networking.
- Managing and producing aspects of the project, including design, production, and quality control.
- Leading assistance in the development and maintenance of the project budgets and schedules.
- Nurturing and establishing strong relationships with all outside parties involved in a project as their primary project contact, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Preparing and completing thorough proposals.
- Mentoring and directing project team members.
- Enjoy working on a variety of project types.
- Being an ambassador of RRM.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- Ten (10) years of practical experience in the management and design of projects
- Experience in REVIT.
- Active California Architectural licensure.
- Familiarity with California codes, facilitating projects through enforcement agencies, and contract administration.
- Current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications, and trends.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent architectural detailing skills.

Base on skill & experience $95,680- $121,035/yr
