Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Architecture Principal, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Partner with business stakeholders and oversee requirement elicitation process, to align requirements with immediate and prospective market demands.
• Drive scalable and secure architectural designs ensuring compliance with architectural standards, integration of appropriate security measures and smooth integration with existing systems.
• Lead and anchor solution evaluation efforts, assessing the client's existing landscape to recommend integrated, stable, and future-proof solutions. Develop a strategic roadmap for future transformation and communicate the same to client stakeholders.
• Create roadmap for integration of architectural solutions basis system risk landscape and define short, medium and long-term milestones, ensuring alignment with organization's overall technology and business goals.
• Define strategies for large-scale transitions and modernization initiatives.
• Act as an advisor to technical teams and client stakeholders. Build client relationships, assess client feedback obtained by the team and provide insights on plans to be actioned upon basis the feedback.
• Drive performance optimization initiatives for the enterprise architectural landscape and provide insights on technological risk areas and related mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the creation and dissemination of critical organizational technical knowledge.
• Contribute to proposals and go-to market materials by collaborating with sales teams and provide insights on specialized methodologies and architectural solutions during client engagement.
• Represent the organization in industry forums and contribute to professional publications.

Required Skill and Experience• Ability to lead and mentor Jr Architects and Engineers
• Expertise in Software-Defined LAN (Campus / SD-Access)
• Expertise in SD-WAN
• Strong understanding of SASE (Secure Access Service Edge)
• Must have experience with Load Balancing / Application Delivery (ADC)
• Good understanding of DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
• Ability to work in Software-Defined Data Center LAN enviroment
• Hands on experience withIT/OT networks
• Knowledge of Cross-Cutting Foundations
• Knowledge of AI-Driven Network Operations & Assurance (AIOps)
• Ability to travel up to 40%
Preferred Skill and Experience• Preferably but not required if you have experience owning the end-to-end architecture and solution design for enterprise network programs spanning campus/LAN, WAN, data center, cloud, and security-edge (SASE) domains.
including topology diagrams, IP/routing schemes, migration plans, and bill of materials.
• Drive network automation and Infrastructure-as-Code adoption across designs (templating, ZTP, CI/CD for network config) is a nice to have but not required
• Preferred but not required if you have experience defining transformation and migration strategies for legacy-to-software-defined transitions (e.g., traditional WAN 12 SD-WAN/SASE, classic DC 12 spine-leaf fabric, campus 12 SD-Access/fabric).
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
