Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Technical Architecture: Architect and implement scalable end-to-end solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud to meet business requirements.
Custom & Declarative Development:
Develop robust custom business logic using Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Batch Classes, and Asynchronous Processing).
Design and configure complex declarative processes using Salesforce Flows.
AI-Driven Engineering: Integrate AI coding assistants (e.g., Google Code Assist, GitHub Copilot) into daily development workflows to accelerate code generation, optimize existing logic, and perform automated code reviews.
Platform Customization: Customize standard/custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and security/sharing models.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Write unit test classes ensuring high code coverage, follow Apex best practices, and optimize system performance/governance limits.
Integration & Maintenance: Assist in integrating Salesforce with upstream/downstream enterprise applications and provide ongoing system support and refactoring.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Expertise
Salesforce Core:
Strong hands-on experience developing on Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (CPQ / Billing).
In-depth mastery of Apex programming (design patterns, governor limits, bulkification).
Advanced expertise in building, optimizing, and debugging Salesforce Flows.
AI-Assisted Development:
Hands-on experience using Google Code Assist or similar AI coding assistants for writing code, debugging, refactoring, and generating unit tests.
Professional & Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment with continuous integration and development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II
Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Sales Cloud Consultant
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations and Salesforce DevOps tools.
