Candidates must possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to effectively lead large meetings, facilitate discussions among diverse stakeholders, build consensus, and drive successful project outcomes. • Apply technical expertise, broaden leadership skills, and work alongside experienced design and construction professionals on projects that have a lasting impact
  • In addition to the accountabilities above, other responsibilities, tasks, and deliverables may be assigned to the incumbent of this position.

Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE)

  • Experience leading design-build proposal efforts
  • Experience supporting projects valued in excess of $20 million

Experience with federal projects and federal design standards is highly desirable. However, ECC is equally interested in candidates who possess strong design experience, proven leadership ability, and the capability to successfully lead multidisciplinary subcontracted A/E teams.

ECC targeted salary range for the San Antonio area is $115,000 to $125,000 annually. Actual salary offered may be affected by education, training, certifications, experience, skills, level of responsibility, and location.
