Essential Job Functions
Serve as the regional higher education market leader, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships across New York and the Northeast region
Oversee project management efforts, ensuring quality, efficiency and strategic alignment with institutional goals
Lead business development initiatives, identifying opportunities and collaborating with RDG's marketing team to pursue new work
Work closely with RDG's College & University team to develop long-term market strategies
Mentor and support staff in professional development and project execution
Requirements
Possess strong leadership, written and verbal skills to instill confidence and trust in our clients and staff
Serve as a resource for our New York office, helping to grow RDG's brand and market share
Critical thinking collaborator with excellent soft skills, relationship and executing strengths

Education & Experience
