Qualifications

• Registered Architect with a NAAB-accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• 10+ years of post-licensure design experience preferred
• Proficient in Revit for technical production
• Experience with 3D communication tools such as SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape
• Understanding of key building codes and regulations including state codes and ANSI standards
• LEED accreditation or interest in obtaining accreditation is preferred
• Strong leadership ability to guide and motivate project teams

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team environment on production projects with various design and planning professionals
• Assist with design and marketing initiatives of the firm
• Create and present visual communications for effective client engagement
• Explore personal interests through mentorship with experienced professionals
• Develop design tasks across all phases of projects
• Coordinate architectural documents with various disciplines
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders for enhanced project execution
• Ensure client satisfaction and uphold design quality and profitability in alignment with firm goals
