Full Job Description
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
  • Strong hands-on development experience with Epicor ERP/Client, specifically around scheduling module configuration and customization.
  • Proven ability to read, debug, and extend existing Epicor code - including working through complex, undocumented logic ( "lines and lines of code ") to resolve issues.
  • Experience automating manual scheduling processes, ideally in a manufacturing/production environment (job scheduling, machine routing, backlog planning).
  • bility to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of a development project, including scoping, planning, and delivery within a defined timeline.
  • Comfortable operating in a hybrid delivery model - partnering with a client's internal developer/architect as well as delivering solo when required.
  • nalyze Mastercraft's current manual Epicor scheduling process, including job scheduling logic, machine routing, and backlog management, to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and implement Epicor scheduling automation, reducing manual effort, and improving planning accuracy.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and project teams during implementation and support phases.
  • Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations.
