The AR&T Engineer provides expertise in designing and developing materials and processes for existing and new products and acts as a lead to provide expertise on a variety of complex issues. The position also has a direct impact on all aspects of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and innovation and growth. Must be U.S. Persons.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
5+ years of experience in preferred in mechanical, industrial or other aerospace related engineering. Excellent knowledge of applied mathematics.
Demonstrated understanding of materials and processes.
Excellent ability to apply a systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem solving.
Ability to explain a range of complex technical information.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve problems.
