Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Computer Science, or related field) required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in application engineering, technical support, or solutions engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and application design principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Python, C++, JavaScript, MATLAB, CAD, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of application and AI solution development, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and recommend effective customer solutions.
• Facilitate technical presentations and product demonstrations throughout the sales process.
• Provide comprehensive application support during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Act as a primary contact for technical inquiries from customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams to enhance product understanding.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during both deployment and operational phases.
