What you will enjoy doing*

• In this role, you will work with business stakeholders and DIT team members to understand business requirements and deliver application solutions that support operational and engineering processes
• Also, you will lead digitalization initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline business processes, eliminate manual activities, improve user productivity, and reduce the cost and effort required to perform business operations
• Further, you will partner with business stakeholders to evaluate existing workflows and develop technology solutions that improve efficiency, automation, data quality, and overall user experience
• You will drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies by identifying opportunities to embed AI capabilities into business processes, enterprise applications, and digital solutions
• Additionally, participate in application development activities including requirements engineering, solution design, software development, testing, deployment, and release management
• You will develop and maintain integrations between enterprise applications, including SAP, engineering tools, cloud platforms, and other business systems
• Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
• Support modernization efforts through enhancement of legacy applications and development of cloud-based solutions.
  Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, support procedures, architecture diagrams, and user documentation
• Collaborate with global Digital & Information Technology teams to align application development practices, architecture standards, and support processes
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and development practices that improve application quality, security, maintainability, and business value
• Support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions that improve visibility into key business processes and performance metrics

What makes you great

• You have a Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience
• Further, you have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development for engineering and enterprise systems
  Strong understanding of enterprise applications, especially engineering and business systems landscapes
• You have experience with Microsoft development technologies including C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and related framework
• You have a demonstrated knowledge of application architecture and integration patterns
• Experience in cloud platforms (ideally Microsoft Azure)
• You also have leadership and team management skills
• Strong stakeholder communication and business alignment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Additionally, you possess change management capabilities
