Application Systems Engineer

The Opportunity:

As an application engineer and administrator on our team, you'll be integral to architecting, deploying, and operating complex system environments across various DoW clients in the Indo-Pacific. Provide critical administration on C2 systems such as GCCS as well as advanced application tools like Kernos and Maven Smart Systems. Assist in building a modern DevOps and DevSecOps environments and processes to optimize a data centric environment and delivery of decision quality outputs while maintaining rigorous cyber security requirements. You mentor the next set of admin and developers to help them grow into tomorrow's data architects.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience application delivery
• Experience with Palantir or Maven
• Experience with Kernos
• Experience in DevOps or DevSecOps delivery
• Experience leading application development teams and projects
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with legacy C2 systems, such as GCCS, TBMCS, AFTADS, or Agile
• Experience with Anduril Lattice
• Experience in Agile software delivery practices
• Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems
• Bachelor's degree in an IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering field

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
